SpriteBatch messes up 3d drawing
SpriteBatch spoils 3d drawing
Man. I just spent.. about 3 hours on this stupidness.
Like, it was totally erasing ALL my 3d stuff and ALL I had to do was:
spriteBatch.Begin( SpriteBlendMode.AlphaBlend, SpriteSortMode.Immediate, SaveStateMode.SaveState ); // draw sprite-y shit spriteBatch.End();
The SaveStateMode.SaveState is EXTREMELY important because its what prevents spritebatch from DESTROYING / sabotaging the gpu renderstate.
