I ran into

ImportError: No module named package.Module

For a module when I was trying to import something on Google appengine, localhost development.

BUT IT IS THERE!!

The solution was to include a 0 k (empty) file called __init.py__ in the package folder.

What an assbiter stackoverflow related post

I am absolutely floored by this bit of brilliance.

  <script type="text/javascript" src="http://jqueryui.com/latest/ui/ui.dialog.js"></script>
  <script type="text/javascript">
  $(document).ready(function(){

    // get the element with id="dialog" and show it
    // as a nonmodal dialog
    $("#dialog").dialog();

  });
  </script>
</head>
<body>

<div id="dialog" title="Dialog Title">I'm in a dialog</div>

</body>
</html>

Can you believe its that simple and logical?

ALL YOU DO is put the title of the dialog in the title attribute of the element, and the body text of the element inside it.. so simple, so brilliant!
